1+11 Steps

The entire itinerary along the Tyrrhenian Sea starts from Ventimiglia and arrives to Rome, involving three italian regions: Liguria, Tuscany e Lazio.

We have split it into  1+11 steps. Feel free to custom your own cycling experience. You can  rearrange each step listed below, in order to split or merge them in different combinations.

Liguria

Unfortunately, in Liguria the only route we currently recommend is the beautiful “Ciclabile dei Fiori” cycle path, described below, as an introduction to the 11 stages involving Tuscany and Lazio.
