Bicycle and train
You can experience the itinerary mixing bicycle and train. The 1+11 stages on this site are all connected to train stations.
The presence of a widespread network of stations along the coast allows you to modulate your pedaling as you like, breaking it up into several stages, perhaps taking inspiration from the proposals for a day, a weekend, a whole vacation.
The train stops open and close each stage and also help you quickly overcome the critical sections classified as red. They are marked in purple in Tirrenica360 map.
